Paul Shin Devine, de 37 años, residente en California, y directivo de Apple fue detenido el viernes con cargos de fraude electrónico y blanqueo de dinero al haber aceptado presuntamente dinero de fabricantes de componentes para el iPhone y el iPod.
Devine recibía dinero de seis proveedores de accesorios asiáticos a cambio de información de la empresa. De este modo, los abastecedores podían negociar con ventaja contratos con Apple.
