El desarrollador Thuat Nguyen se encuentra bajo sospecha de haber utilizado los datos de los usuarios para comprar sus propias aplicaciones. Apple no da detalles acerca de cómo realizaba el proceso, pero subraya que no ha sido violada la seguridad de sus servidores.
La maniobra se descubrió cuando de pronto los productos de Nguyen treparon hasta entrar en la lista de los 50 más vendidos en la tienda App Store, mientras que a la vez los usuarios se quejaban de unos cargos muy altos en sus tarjetas de crédito y de que aparecían aplicaciones que no habían comprado.
El caso levanta sospechas sobre la seguridad de la App Store de Apple. La empresa recomienda en una declaración a los afectados que se dirijan a sus bancos, bloqueen sus tarjetas de crédito y pidan que se les devuelva el dinero. También les pide que cambien sus palabras clave.
El teléfono iPhone es el producto más vendido de Apple, y las Apps son un negocio añadido muy lucrativo. La empresa ha vuelto a ser blanco de críticas por su secretismo, ya que tampoco en esta ocasión ha dado detalles de lo ocurrido.
El primer caso fue denunciado en blogs, tras lo cual la empresa bloqueó a Nguyen el martes y anunció que tomará más medidas de seguridad.

Strange this publish is totaly unrelated to what I was looking out google for, but it was once indexed at the first page. I suppose your doing something right if Google likes you enough to put you at the first web page of a non comparable search.
