-Instrucciones habladas desde un segundo plano: El conductor puede ver otras aplicaciones en la pantalla mientras sigue recibiendo instrucciones habladas de la aplicación TomTom.
Asimismo, la versión 1.4 cuenta con otras funciones adicionales:
-Nueva actualización de mapas.
-Rutas compartidas. Los conductores tienen la posibilidad de enviar a sus contactos – vía correo electrónico- los detalles de su ubicación actual, del destino elegido y de la ruta a seguir.
-Recordatorios de la salida. El usuario puede recibir un recordatorio de salida para sus próximos viajes y añadirlo a su calendario.
-Rutas eco-amigables. También será posible ahorrar dinero y reducir el impacto sobre el medio ambiente utilizando las rutas más eficientes en gasto de combustible.
-Símbolos. Los conductores pueden personalizar el símbolo del coche en la pantalla de conducción mediante la elección del icono del coche, incluyendo el símbolo y el color que mejor se adapten a su estilo.
