Fujtisu y un fabricante de lencería canadiense reivindican el nombre del nuevo dispositivo de Apple
El grupo tecnológico japonés Fujtisu comercializa desde el 2002 un pequeño dispositivo que lleva ese nombre.
Destinado al sector retail, la PDA de Fujitsu permite a los empleados conocer las existencias y precios de cualquier producto.
Sin Marca registrada
Sin embargo, el nombre comercial del producto aún no cuenta con el registro en la Oficina de Patentes y Marcas de los EEUU.
Presentada en el 2003, la marca “iPad” se encuentra en periodo de reclamaciones siendo su principal oponente Apple que ahora presentó un producto bajo esta marca.
Pero Fujitsu ha dicho que no renunciará a este nombre y que seguirá batallando para conservarlo.
Además de Fujtisu, un fabricante de lencería canadiense también reclama la propiedad del nombre. Según este lo utiliza para una línea de sus productos, aunque en este caso es díficil que lo tenga registrado como marca fuera de esa categoría.

In the same breath you cant persecute every baseball player for using steroids, when the truth is that we have no clue who used and who didnt. Mandatory steroid testing began in MLB in 2004. They actually did random testing a couple years prior to that (Alex Rodriguez was later outed from one of those tests). Albert Pujols rookie season was in 2001. If he had used steroids for the first few years he was in the league he probably wouldve showed up on some of these lists that weve seen come out. Balco listed hundreds of guys. Pujols name never was on the list.
