El buscador de Microsoft ha anunciado hoy el lanzamiento de una aplicación gratuíta para el teléfono de su rival Apple. Ésta incorpora sus características más destacadas como la búsqueda por voz, Bing Maps o la imagen del día.
Microsoft ha hecho el anuncio en el blog oficial de su buscador, en el que indica que, además de las herramientas descritas en el artículo, “hay un puñado de otras características” de las que les gustaría hablar “como películas, noticias y estatus de vuelto”. Para ello, invitan a los usuarios a descargarse esta aplicación y “darse una vuelta” para descubrir todas sus posibilidades.
En la aplicación también se podrá disfrutar de las últimas mejoras del servicio cartográfico de Bing. Un completo lavado de cara de los Mapas del buscador, que ahora incorporan, entre otras cosas, una vista a pie de calle similar al ‘Street View’ de Google y Photosynth.
