La aplicación de Facebook para la versión 3.0 del sistema operativo del iPhone ya está camino de la Apple Store, tal y como ha anunciado el desarrollador responsable en la propia red social. Está al 98 por ciento de su desarrollo, aunque aún no tiene fecha concreta de lanzamiento.
Esta versión del programa que lleva Facebook de forma específica al teléfono de Apple incluirá unas cuantas novedades y muchas opciones que no desmerecen a la página en sí para navegadores de Internet. Todo con un diseño más cómodo y acorde con lo que están acostumbrados los usuarios de iPhone, mediante iconos.
Incluirá una “nueva” lista de noticias, eventos, notas, páginas, crear nuevos álbumes, subir fotos a cualquier album existente, zoom a las instantáneas, un sistema de etiquetas en las imágenes “más sencillo”, álbumes de fotos de perfil y nueva pantalla de ‘Home’ con un acceso “más fácil” a todos los contenidos.
También permitirá la adición de perfiles y páginas de favoritos a la portada, notificaciones más claras, llamadas rápidas o escribir a los contactos a la derecha de la página de amigos y recuperación de mensajes si el usuario es interumpido por una llamada mientras lo escribe.
Una de las novedades que más están reclamando los usuarios del teléfono de Apple son las notificaciones en segundo plano de los cambios que sufra el perfil de Facebook. Sin embargo, el desarrollador informa de que esto aún no llegará con esta versión sino con la siguiente: la actualización 3.1 que llegará después del verano.
Esta nueva versión estará en la App Store “muy pronto”, tal y como se puede ver en la nota publicada en Facebook, pero sin una fecha concreta de lanzamiento. “No puedo predecir la fecha exacta en la que mandaré -la aplicación- a Apple, pero puedo decir que estoy alrededor del 98 por ciento -de desarrollo-”, aseguró el programador.
